About
Carib Beans is a small production of tropical plants and seeds in Guadeloupe, without chemicals. International shipping.
The seeds, cuttings and rhizomes are harvested on my plots, in concessions of the ONF (National Forestry Office), in my garden and part in wild picking, with respect for the environment and GCPs (Good picking practices ).
Payment / Payment
Paypal, credit card, bank transfer and cash if delivered by hand.
Shipping
- All orders are delivered to the post office within 3-10 working days.
- We ship from Guadeloupe (Caribbean) to the whole world. There may be delays in delivery due to remoteness and health and social situations, but the orders support the trip very well.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you on the day of shipment.
- You should receive your order 3-5 working days later to Guadeloupe, 5-15 working days later for metropolitan France, 10-20 working days later for the rest of the world.
- If you have not received your order 20 working days after dispatch, please contact us via messaging.
- Delivery possible within a radius of 15 km around Petit Bourg for 10€. Free delivery from 150€ of purchase.
- Possibility of hand delivery in Petit Bourg, Guadeloupe (Heights Lézarde or Colin). In this case, a purchase voucher proportional to the amount of your order will be offered to you upon withdrawal.
- International shipping costs are free from purchases of €350.
- A tracking number is provided for shipments.

Shipping costs are free to France and €20 to the rest of the world.
- Cuttings
Shipping costs are free to France and €5 to the rest of the world.
- Seeds
Shipping costs are free to France and €2.5 to the rest of the world.

Shipping costs are free for certain international items and for all items to France.
- Legislation
A phytosanitary certificate is required to import plants into your country (including France). A phytosanitary certificate per order is mandatory, regardless of the number of plants. To obtain your phytosanitary certificate you must register on the European TRACE NT platform ( https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/tracesnt/login ) and buy a certificate in our shop. The certificate is charged at €25 and is free from purchases of €150.
- Refund and return policy
Merchant accepted returns are for defective items only We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit. You must also, for all returns, prepay the cost of shipping and insurance (if applicable).
If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice. When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment).
Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping. It may take up to 15 business days after you receive our email before you see the refund on your statement.
